  • The Additel 760S is a powerful, automatic, handheld pressure calibrator designed for precision and portability in the field. Weighing less than 1.8 kg, this integrated device replaces traditional hand pumps with a built-in electric pump, internal controller, and a high-accuracy pressure sensor. Optimized for instrumentation technicians, the ADT760S features a seamless user interface via a new capacitive touchscreen, allowing users to generate and control pressure simply by entering the desired setpoint. With three separate channels—including internal pressure and two external pressure channels—it serves as a comprehensive tool for pressure calibration and maintenance of critical process instrumentation.

    Designed to enhance workflow efficiency, the ADT760S offers significant technical upgrades over its predecessor, including an expanded range (up to 375 psi) and an improved touchscreen. Note that the ADT760S is supplied without the Process Calibrator option, meaning it does not measure signals such as mA or provide 24V loop power for transmitters. A new accessory is also available: a contamination prevention system that protects internal components from debris and fluids. The Additel 760S provides a robust solution that bridges the gap between laboratory accuracy and rugged field reliability.

    Models

    ADT760S-LLP
    The 760A/760S-LLP is designed for low-pressure calibration and comes equipped with a built-in pressure module of your choice. The maximum range module compatible with this model is ±30 inH2O (±75 mbar), providing accuracy up to 0.05% FS. Additional internal pressure modules (ADT155) are available with ranges as low as ±0.25 inH2O (±0.62 mbar). Measurements can be performed in both gauge and differential pressure modes.

    ADT760S-D
    The 760A/760S-D provides both differential and gauge pressure at a higher range than the LLP model. With a range of -12.5 to 35 psi (-0.86 to 2.5 bar) and accuracy up to 0.01% FS, it is an ideal solution for common gauge and differential measurements. Each unit includes an internal module of your choice (up to 35 psi), with lower-pressure configurations (down to ±10 inH2O diff) available to increase precision at lower ranges.

    ADT760S-MA
    The 760S-MA generates and controls pressure from vacuum up to 375 psig (25 bar.g) with accuracy up to 0.01% FS. Every unit is equipped with a built-in barometric reference and can switch between gauge and absolute pressuretypes. Various internal sensors (ADT155) are available to provide lower pressure ranges for enhanced performance.

    Note: The documenting option—including data logging and the creation of calibration tasks—is available only on the ADT760A models. Please refer to the selection guide for more information.
